The lives of the world’s richest partiers will be put under the spotlight in an E4 documentary.
The 1 x 60-minute film, 24 Billion Pound Party People, will follow “nightclub ‘legend” Joe Fournier and his team as they travel the globe putting on parties.
7 Wonder, the indie behind the project, said it is the first time E4 has fused the genres of documentary and reality to create a “factuality” show.
24 Billion Pound Party People was commissioned by Jonny Rothery for E4 and will be executive produced by 7 Wonder’s Jez Lee.
Lee said: “The show is set in an incredibly exclusive world. At its heart, it’s a story about a refreshing new kind of entrepreneurialism.”
“In an age when too many young people feel locked out of the labour market, here we have a group of inspiring twenty somethings who can’t think of anything worse than taking a nine to five.”
